게임 안에서 삭제하기Delete in the game

1. 게임을 열고 설정 화면으로 이동합니다.
2. 계정 항목에서 '계정 삭제'를 누릅니다.
3. 안내를 읽고 두 번 확인하면 요청이 접수되고, 이 기기의 게임 데이터는 바로 지워집니다.

1. Open the game and go to Settings.
2. Under Account, tap "Delete Account".
3. Read the notice and confirm twice. Your request is submitted and the game data on this device is removed right away.

게임을 열 수 없을 때If you can't open the game

Email backhell337@gmail.com with the following.

• 제목: 계정 삭제 요청
• 플레이어 ID (게임 설정 화면 아래에 표시)
• 계정에 연결한 이메일 주소가 있다면 그 주소

• Subject: Account deletion request
• Your Player ID (shown at the bottom of the Settings screen)
• The email address linked to your account, if any

본인 확인을 위해 추가 정보를 요청할 수 있습니다. 요청을 확인한 날부터 30일 이내에 삭제하고, 완료되면 이메일로 알려 드립니다.

We may ask for more information to confirm the account is yours. We delete the account within 30 days of confirming your request and email you when it's done.

삭제되는 정보What gets deleted

• 계정 정보: 플레이어 ID, 표시 이름, 연결한 이메일
• 게임 진행 데이터: 영웅, 장비, 재화, 스테이지 기록
• 랭킹 기록

• Account details: Player ID, display name and linked email
• Game progress: heroes, gear, currencies and stage records
• Leaderboard records

법령에 따라 보관되는 정보What we keep, as required by law

「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」에 따라 아래 기록은 삭제 요청 후에도 정해진 기간 동안 보관한 뒤 파기합니다.

Under Korea's Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, we keep the following records for the periods below, then destroy them.

• 계약 또는 청약철회 등에 관한 기록: 5년
• 대금결제 및 재화 등의 공급에 관한 기록: 5년
• 소비자의 불만 또는 분쟁처리에 관한 기록: 3년

• Records of contracts and order cancellations: 5 years
• Records of payments and delivery of goods: 5 years
• Records of customer complaints and dispute handling: 3 years

알아 두세요Before you delete
