이용약관Terms of Service

1. 목적과 동의1. Purpose and agreement

• 이 약관은 퍼펙트케이 주식회사(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 모바일 게임 「스쿼들링」(이하 "게임")의 이용 조건을 정합니다.
• 게임을 이용하면 이 약관과 개인정보처리방침에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

• These Terms govern the use of the mobile game Squadlings (the "Game") provided by PERFECT K Inc. ("we").
• By using the Game you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. 계정2. Account

• 게임은 기기와 연결된 게스트 계정을 자동으로 만듭니다.
• 이메일을 연결하면 다른 기기에서도 진행을 되찾을 수 있습니다. 비밀번호 관리 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
• 표시 이름은 1회 무료로 바꿀 수 있습니다. 불쾌하거나 남을 사칭하는 이름은 회사가 바꾸거나 지울 수 있습니다.

• The Game creates a guest account tied to your device.
• Linking an email lets you recover your progress on another device. You are responsible for keeping your password safe.
• One free display-name change is offered. We may change or remove names that are offensive or impersonate others.

3. 게임 안 재화와 아이템3. Virtual currency and items

• 앰버, 골드, 씨앗, 나이테, 영웅, 장비 등은 게임 안에서만 쓸 수 있는 이용권입니다. 현금 가치가 없고 돈이나 다른 서비스로 바꿀 수 없습니다.
• 회사는 게임을 공정하게 유지하려고 밸런스(보상, 앰버 가격 등)를 바꿀 수 있습니다.
• 확률형 아이템(소환, 상자)의 확률과 확정 조건은 게임 안과 확률 정보 페이지(perfectkstudio.pages.dev/probabilities)에 공개합니다. 공개한 확률은 실제 게임 값과 같습니다.

• Amber, gold, seeds, rings, heroes, gear and other in-game items are a license to use within the Game only. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or other services.
• We may adjust game balance (rewards, Amber prices, etc.) to keep the Game fair.
• The odds and guarantees of random items (summons, chests) are published in the Game and on the probability page (perfectkstudio.pages.dev/probabilities). Published odds are the values the Game uses.

4. 결제와 청약철회4. Purchases and withdrawal

• 결제는 Google Play가 그 약관에 따라 처리합니다.
• 구매는 서버에서 확인한 뒤 지급하며, 확인이 늦어지면 끝나는 대로 지급합니다.
• 청약철회와 환불은 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」 등 관계 법령과 Google Play 정책을 따릅니다.
• 이미 지급되어 사용한 디지털 아이템이나, 구매 화면에서 청약철회가 제한된다고 알린 상품은 청약철회가 제한될 수 있습니다.
• 미성년자가 법정대리인 동의 없이 결제한 경우, 법정대리인이 취소를 요청할 수 있습니다.

• Payments are processed by Google Play under its terms.
• Purchases are verified by our server before items are delivered; if verification is delayed, items are delivered once it completes.
• Withdrawals and refunds follow Korean consumer law and Google Play's policy.
• Withdrawal may be limited for digital items already delivered and used, or for products whose purchase screen states the limit.
• If a minor pays without a legal guardian's consent, the guardian may ask to cancel the purchase.

5. 광고5. Ads

• 게임에는 보상형 광고(Google AdMob)가 있습니다.
• 광고는 이용자가 보상을 원할 때만 봅니다. 강제로 나오는 광고는 없습니다.
• "광고 제거" 상품을 사면 광고 없이 바로 보상을 받습니다.

• The Game has rewarded ads (Google AdMob).
• You watch an ad only when you want its reward; there are no forced ads.
• The "Ad-Free" product gives the reward at once, without an ad.

6. 금지 행위6. Prohibited conduct

• 금지: 부정 행위, 자동 조작(봇)·변조된 앱, 오류 악용, 서버 공격, 계정 거래, 다른 이용자 괴롭힘.
• 회사는 사실을 확인한 뒤 이용을 제한하거나 계정을 삭제할 수 있으며, 그 이유를 알립니다.

• Not allowed: cheating, bots or modified apps, exploiting bugs, attacking our servers, trading accounts, harassing others.
• After confirming the facts we may restrict use or delete an account, and we tell you why.

7. 서비스7. Service

• 게임은 오프라인에서도 동작합니다. 클라우드 저장, 랭킹, 우편, 공지는 인터넷이 필요합니다.
• 회사는 점검이나 운영상 이유로 서비스를 바꾸거나 멈출 수 있습니다.
• 서비스를 끝낼 때는 30일 전에 게임에서 알립니다.

• The Game works offline. Cloud save, rankings, mail and news need an internet connection.
• We may change or pause the service for maintenance or operational reasons.
• If we end the service, we announce it in the Game 30 days before.

8. 계정 삭제8. Deleting your account

• 언제든 삭제할 수 있습니다: 설정 › 계정 › 계정 삭제, 또는 계정 삭제 안내 페이지(perfectkstudio.pages.dev/delete-account).
• 삭제하면 진행과 아이템이 영구히 사라지며, 남은 유료 재화는 환불되지 않을 수 있습니다.

• You can delete your account at any time: Settings › Account › Delete Account, or the account deletion page (perfectkstudio.pages.dev/delete-account).
• Deletion permanently removes your progress and items, and remaining paid currency may not be refunded.

9. 책임의 제한9. Limitation of liability

• 회사는 천재지변, 이용자 기기·통신 문제 등 회사가 합리적으로 통제할 수 없는 사유로 생긴 손해에 책임지지 않습니다.
• 다만 회사의 고의 또는 중과실로 인한 손해와 소비자 보호 법령상 권리는 제한되지 않습니다.

• We are not liable for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters or problems with your device or network.
• This does not limit liability for our intent or gross negligence, or your rights under consumer protection law.

10. 약관 변경10. Changes

약관을 바꿀 때는 시행 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)부터 게임 공지와 이 페이지로 알립니다.

We announce changes in the Game and on this page 7 days before they apply, or 30 days before for changes against your interest.

11. 준거법과 관할11. Governing law

이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따르며, 분쟁은 「민사소송법」에 따른 관할 법원에서 다룹니다.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea; disputes go to the court with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
